Position: SENIOR IT TECHNICIAN
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
Job Responsibilities:
- As IT technician responsible to diagnose, repair, installing both hardware and software.
- Also being as primary point of contact for IT support within a company.
Minimum Requirements :-
- Experience at least 8 years above
- Able to work as a team and under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially communicate with customers.
- Good problem solving skills.
Required relevant certificate such as:-
- HP ATP – Blade System Solutions Integrator V8. 1
- HP ATP - Server Solutions V2
- HP ATP - Server Solutions V1
- HPE Sales Certified
- Enterprise Solutions [2016]
- Microsoft Specialist: Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Centre
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Microsoft® Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Messaging Administrator on Exchange 2010
- Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 R2, Server Virtualization
- Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration
- Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist: SQL Server 2005 Hazardous Identifications Training
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
