Job Details:
Position: Warehouse Manager
Total Vacancy: 1 Male
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ø Direct and control warehouse, shipping & receiving, production and printing activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities, storing and distribution of material and finished products.
Ø To assist in implementation of all aspects for GMP and PIC/S compliant warehouse operation – as required by the Ministry of Health and supporting regulations.
Ø Follow the standard Quarantine, Release and Reject procedure to store materials and finished products for health supplements and pharmaceutical products.
Ø Assign resources to meet the distribution/warehousing schedules on a day-to-day basis.
Ø Participate in all scheduled physical inventories and resolve common daily discrepancies or issues.
Ø Performs basic housekeeping in assigned areas of warehouse.
Ø Establishing and maintaining standards for safety, productivity, costs and GMP and PIC/S related functions.
Ø Perform inventory and customer order reconciliation.
Ø Participate in other tasks that may be assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications:
Ø Completion of post secondary education (preferably university) in Business, Engineering, or Science.
Ø Familiarity with concepts of supply chain management would be considered and asset.
Ø Five or more years of warehouse/distribution supervisory experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/ nutraceutical industry.
Ø Knowledge of international shipping practices and inventory maintenance.
Ø Familiarity with international documents.
Ø Advanced knowledge/understanding of GMP and PIC/S regulatory issues for warehouse/distribution of pharmaceutical/nutraceutical products.
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
