Position: Aircond Technician

Job Description:

- Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
- Repairs faulty Air Conditioning equipment.
- Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
- Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.
- Assists in verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/supplied.
- Troubleshoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Air Conditioning equipment.
- Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
- Make minor installation decisions
- Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
- Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed. - Collect data for reports.
- Ability to work independently and for long hours.
- At least 5 years experience in Air - conditioning installation and repair works with a certified Air-Cond / HVAC certificate.
- Basic electrical knowledge.

Others:

- On call basis (24 hours)
- Must be honest and dedicated


Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 25 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 550 / Month
