Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

Minimum requirements:

• Have at the minimum a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognised institution
• Have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar capacity; and preferably a member of recognized Professional Institution (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, or other relevant Associations)
• Shall be able to prepare a
ual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, measurement of works in accordance to the standard method of measurement, establishment of rates from first principle (Labour/Plant/Material)
• Shall possess excellent communications and supervisory skills.

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
