Job Description:

Qualification Required

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas tools industry
2. High School Diploma

Qualification Preferred

1. Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or MSc in Engineering

Experience Required:

1. Experience Commercially astute with a track record of securing new and repeat business covering both goods and services with long sales cycles.

Job Scope:

1. QHSE standards to be adhered at work; encourage colleagues to do so.
2. Active participation in safety culture activities.
3. Maintain high standard of housekeeping at premises and work places, be accountable. Manage the efficient, effective and compliant use of resources in the support of sales.
4. Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen FOSSB Identity by understanding customer/industry key objectives and challenges.
5. Drive Company Alignment by ensuring the integration of all sales activities into a single Sales Plan.
6. Mentor and train the sales and commercial team and ensure succession pla
ing processes are in place.
7. Lead, develop, manage and motivate a team of direct/indirect reports.
8. Establish clear, achievable and challenging objectives. Monitor performance quarterly to ensure highest chance of success.
9. Promote the FOSSB culture at all times.
10. Drive cohesion and common purpose in a changing environment to all sales and sales related perso
el.
11. Bring rigor and process to the sales function.
12. Learn and understand client’s needs and tailor service offering to meet or exceed their requirements.
13. Work closely with the GM to identify commercial opportunities both with new and existing clients.
14. Manage the tender development and response process. Ensure all resources are available to deliver highest quality tender submissions.
15. Lead and manage all client commercial arrangements to ensure best value and long-term viability.
16. Foster the development of relationships with clients to enhance the profitability of the company.
17. Develop and execute sales campaigns. Support contract negotiations and close deals where possible.
18. Assemble and disseminate market intelligence.
19. Deliver presentations to clients as needed. Participate in relevant industry forums and other marketing events.
20. Develop and implement business retention and future expansion plans for the various products/services lines within the Company.
21. Ensure all matters brought before the GM are appropriate and objective to facilitate the quality of debate and decision making.
22. Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all commercial activity is carried out ethically and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices.


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 35 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 5, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
