Position: Site Material Controller
Total Vacancy: 5 Male

Job Requirements:

- Engineer at university level in mechanics
- At least 5 years experience in the industrial projects such as power, fertilizer, refinery plants with the same position
- Experiences in mechanical work/ material control activities of Oil, Gas, Power, refinery, fertilizer plant.
- Knowledgeable with the preservation work of the industrial equipment.
- Knowledgeable with international standards relevant Gas/ Petroleum/ Power/ fertilizer/ refinery plant.
- Ability to understand goods retrieval system.
- Familiar with warehouse safety precaution procedures.
- Well versed in creating logs and preservation documents.
- Good skills in report and presentation skills and problem solving skills.
- Fluently English skills
- Competency in Microsoft.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
- Strategic management skills.
- Willingness to stay at Employer's camp located in construction site (SPARK)

Job Description:

- To arrange warehouse logistics according to the instructions of the Deputy Project Manager;
- To manage information relevant to arrival of materials at site and their availability at the warehouse;
- To coordinate the availability of shipping documentation and feed the warehouse data base with proper information; - Co-ordinate any necessary action to support customs clearance of materials;
- To manage the receiving, check, storage and preservation of materials delivered at Site;
- To manage the receiving, check, recording and traceability of material certificates;
- To issue any supply non-conformities and follow-up the relevant resolution;
- Initiate procedures concerning insurance claims for damage to materials during transport to Site or during erection;
- To start the application for insurance claims related to materials damaged during transportation or erection;
- To initiate claims against vendors for missing materials and/or non-conformity with the relevant purchase order.

er with updated information regarding materials availability at site to support the construction schedule reliability;
- To inform relevant site department about plant material status and delivery forecasts, in order to verify the feasibility of Construction schedules;
- To manage the delivery of materials to subcontractors in accordance with material list presented by the same and according to the instructions given by the supervisors;
- To keep records about the handling of materials, using corporate software systems;
- To keep on records of surplus materials for possible sale at the end of the job
- Inspection, examination or testing material to make sure it reach to Specification requirement.
- Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
