Position: Technical Assistant Cum Procurement
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

1. Handling inventory of scaffolding and Blasting Painting material (in and out)
2. Handling consignment note
3. Creating and Tracking Delivery Note.
4. Making sure materials/equipment received and sent are in good and working condition
5. Liaising with clients request and needs
6. Liaising with Accounts for purchase orders
7. Supervise the operation team and providing assistance when needed.
8. Reporting progress to operation manager.
9. Handling Material Requisition form
10. Handling Stock for PPE and others
11. Expected to visit the worksite (Bandar and Kuala Belait) regularly.
12. Making a report on activities and progress.

- MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE (Good in Excel).
- Knowledge on AutoCad is an advantage.

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Allowances: B$ 200
Employment Type: Full Time
