Position: Warranty Executive

Job Description:

- To manage, communicate and follow up all submissions/processes of warranty claim, policy, SOP, with the Principal.
- Monitoring of warranty KPI and staff
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in warranty claim process especially in automotive
- Computer literate especially on Microsoft/window/exel
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, written and verbal
- Strong in leadership

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 38 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
