JOB DESCRIPTION
- provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, sca
ing, faxing and copying to management
- answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- perform data entry
- prepare quotations, tenders and proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of hands on sales and administrative support experience
- proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- excellent communication skills – written and verbal
