Position: Senior HVAC Technician
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Description:

• Supervise, train and guide Local Junior Technician.
• Must have knowledge on VRV HVAC system.
• Able to do maintenance and repairs for Cassette, Split, Tower and Window Unit types of air-conditioning system. Including piping and electrical works.
• Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
• Repairs faulty Air Conditioning equipment.
• Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
• Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.
• Do verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/supplied.
• Trouble- shoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Air Conditioning equipment.
• Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
• Make minor installation decisions.
• Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
• Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed.
• Collect data for reports.
• Ability to work independently and long hours.
• At least 10 years experience including 3 years supervision role in field of HVAC, air–conditioning, piping and electrical works.
• Electrical knowledge.
• Possess recognized and relevant Air Conditioning / HVAC / Electrical Degree / Diploma or Trade Certificates.

Others:

• On call basis (24 hours / 7 days a week)
• Must be honest and dedicated


Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 35 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 900 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
