Position: Supervisor (Soon Lee Mega Mart KB Branch)
Total Vacancy: 4 Male/Female

Job Qualifications :

- HNTec in Business and Finance preferable with 3 years working experiences as Supervisor in Supermarket

Full Shift From 9:30am To 10:00pm
10 Hrs per day
6 days/Week
probation : 3 months

Requirements & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for the daily ru
ing of stores.
• Entails activities to minimize costs while maximizing profits
• Ensure promotions are accurate and in compliance with company standards
• Ensure pricing is correct.
• Work on store displays
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.


Education Required: Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 27 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
