Position: Assistant Dim Sum Chef

Job Description:

Duties:

• Assist chef with skilled Dim Sum cooking preparation methods in all aspects include chopping, peeling, sorting vegetables and cutting meats.
• Check quality of ingredients and ensure ingredients are properly stored.
• Oversee the kitchen overall cleanliness include cleaning kitchen equipment, floors and walls, disposing of garbage on a daily basis.
• Cooperate with kitchen and servicing staffs, work as a team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience and knowledge in Dim Sum field.
• Must be serious and committed to duties and responsibilities.
• Must be able to work at irregular shifts.
• Have excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Hardworking, punctual and work with minimal supervision.

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 380 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
