Position: CHINESE COOK
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female

Primary Responsibilities:

a. Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
b. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
c. Cook food in various utensils
d. Check food while cooking to stir or turn
e. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
f. Check quality of ingredients
g. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
h. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
i. Maintain accurate food inventories
j. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
k. Rotate stock items as per established procedures
l. Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
m. Ensure that the food preparation area are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
