Position: SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Description:

• 3-5 years experience as a Service Advisor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advice customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed
• Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready to pick up
• Test-Driving vehicles to confirm service repairs
• Handling customer complaints
• Salary will be base on the Experience

Education Required: Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
