Position: Account Clerk

You will perform daily accounting tasks and help our accounting processes run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transaction
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly payroll and financial reports
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases & check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Perform administrative responsibilities include managing files
• Keeping company financial and non-financial information confidential
• Provide general assistance to the management
• Go out to submit payment and collect documents

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
