Position: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

PURPOSE OF ROLE:-

Under general direction and supervision, reporting, posting processes, processing billing and third party reimbursement for the department.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

• To assist the Financial Reporting Accountant and Finance Manager and in all functions of Accounting Department
• Posting of daily accounting transactions.
• Issuing MYOB purchase order
• Preparation of payments and cheques to vendor
• Perform monthly reconciliation on Bank Account and Trade Payable Account
• Preparation of client's daily consignment billing schedule.
• Monthly sales invoicing and debtors collections.
• Preparation of monthly accounts listings and completed in a timely manner
• Create and maintain proper filing systems with monthly documentation listings.
• Work with internal and external staff on team projects as assigned or appropriate

Others:

• To carry out/perform task(s) that is/are associated with the accounts division as and when required.
• To assist in audit of equipments and stocks in any form.
• To assist in cash audit in cash operations

ADHOC TASKS:

• To assist in any task(s) related to the accounts department as and when required.

COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:-

• Interact with internal contacts such as department heads, managers, and other departmental staff.
• Interact with external contacts such as clients, vendor and governmental officers.

WORKING PATTERN:-

• Normal working hours, BUT MUST MAKE COMMITMENT TO EXTENDED HOURS NECESSARY TO DELIVER.

JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:-

MANDATORY:

• Knowledge of general accounting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
• Computer literate.

DESIRABLE:

• Three years of related work experience.
• Preferably diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance, Banking relevant field
• Computer experience including financial accounting systems, Excel and Word

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 400 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
