Position: Accountant

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Finance/Accounting or equivalent in relevant field
• Minimum Three (3) years working experience in Accounting
• Proficient in English languages
• Good Interpersonal skill, Independent, Hardworking and Multi-tasking
• Must be computer literate
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Performed account reconciliations
• Checking of Payroll summary template
• Ending Inventory checking (stock items)
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database Quickbooks
• Prepare billings (accounts payable)
• Encode all Stores Invoices & Sales update
• Renew company insurance policy
• Manage distribution of utilities bills
• Responsible for Check releasing, suppliers and rentals
• Prepare deposit slips for cash and check collections submitted by the bill collector


Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 25 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
