Job Description:

A) HANDLE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLE

Accounts Payable

1. Check supplier invoices and expense claims for accuracy, appropriateness and correct account coding
2. Ensure that invoices are correctly approved for payment

Accounts Receivable

1. Manage debtors and follow up outstanding bills
2. Deposit all banking
3. Managing petty cash transactions
4. Print and review monthly debtor statements for accuracy, dispatching as appropriate

B) HANDLING GENERAL ACCOUNT QUERIES
C) REVIEWING AND FILE PAYROLL DOCUMENTS
D) PARTICIPATING IN ANNUAL AUDITS
E) COMPILING MONTHLY REPORTS
F) MANAGING DAILY POST IN AND OUT
G) HANDLING AND ISSUING CHEQUES
H) PREPARING PURCHASE ORDER

• EXPERIENCE _Minimum 2 to 5 years


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
