Position: Accountant
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Requirements:

- Atleast 4-5 years experience as Accountant in charge with advanced Accounting software
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- No Transport Problem
- Honest and Disciplined
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Malay and English

Job Description:

1. Receive, consolidate and prepare the cash balance, facilities and treasury related report for all subsidiaries within defined timeline
2. Prepare weekly and monthly consolidated cash flow
3. Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliation of Assets and Liabilities
4. Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payment from over-due vendors, suppliers and clients
5. Coordinate with other department to ensure the accuracy of stock in/out that reflects the invoices and other documents
6. Prepare general ledger entries including prepaid, accruals, allocations and etc
7. Maintain the petty cash flow
8. Control over system posting and reporting
9. Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
