Accounts
• Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures independently
• Handle all the accounting data entries
• Perform billings such as inter-companies’ billings
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Complete monthly closing and reconciliations
• Check related parties’ monthly expenses and budget
• Prepare audit schedules and quarterly GST return
• Handle petty cash reimbursements
• Handle staffs’ overseas and local expenses claim
• Prepare payments and issuance of cheque
• Prepare GL journal entries
• Coordinate with subsidiaries/associate companies on data request & queries
• Highlight any anomalies that require investigation
• Analyse expense trend and alert management of savings opportunities
• Provide governance and continual improvement of accounting and reporting policies and procedures to subsidiaries/associate companies
• Support subsidiaries/associate companies in forecast reporting and in their management accounts process
HR
• Maintain master payroll file on excel spreadsheet
• Update attendance records daily (MC, leave, new staff, resignation, termination, etc. )
• Process medical claims, transport claims, overtime or other payroll related claims
• Liaise with manpower agent for new staff placement
• Application / renewal / cancellation of work passes / book air tickets for foreign workers’ departure
• Process payment for commission for sales perso
el
• Upload & submit payroll to bank for direct credit to staff accounts
• Submit Monthly TAP contribution
• Have clear knowledge of Department of labour, Ministry of Home Affairs policies to ensure full compliance
Qualification, Training & Experience
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in financial analysis, auditing, corporate finance or accounting field
• Related supervisory experience is a plus

• Ability to represent the company externally with key stake holders

Salary
• B$ 1, 800 - 2, 000
• Transport allowance B$100
• Negotiable based on experience
