Position: Administration Assistant
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

- Government Visit for Official matters: includes handling foreign workers' employment processes
- Office errands
- Managing paperwork: prepare, print, email or fax papers, documents relevant to administration work, ensure that project documents or bid are complete and filed on time
- Contact suppliers or quotation and ordering supplies: contact selected supplier for purchase orders after approval from managing director
- Filing: filing necessary papers, documents, mail, letters for future reference or record administration purpose

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
