Description

Responsibilities:

​​​​​- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Knowledge on Ceiling & Cassette type air conditioning preferable.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Dealing with various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window and other type of units.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment and performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.
- Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment such as wiring/switches/cables/pipes and others as required.
- Inform manager/supervisor of completed and outstanding work orders.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers` requirements.
- Assisting with customers` queries.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- To work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
- Perform any and all duties which may be assigned.
