Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Executive. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by managing all customer interactions — from service and sales feedback to complaint handling, follow-ups and engagement activities.
Qualificatons:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2-year experience in customer service, frontline support or relationship management.
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (both spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills — able to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
• Good analytical ability to interpret CSI/SSI data and prepare improvement reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software and Dealership Management Systems (DMS).
• Able to coordinate effectively with Service Advisors, Workshop Team and Sales Consultants to resolve customer issues.
• Capable of organizing customer events, appreciation programs, and service campaigns.
