Description

We are a private limited company and our major lines of business includes but not limited to C&S engineering, M&E engineering, construction, development and facilities management. We are looking for Assistant Facility Manager (C&S) with relevant experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
1. Min. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil & Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
2. Member of a Professional Institution (chartered status) of Engineering Discipline will be an added advantage.
3. Possesses excellent communication skills and must be proficient in English language (both written & verbal).

Requirements / Responsibilities:
1. Experience in the operation and maintenance of Civil and Structural infrastructure and Facilities Management and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Facilities management of similar nature in these areas.
2. Responsible for the due performance of the works and services related to Civil and Structural works and services under the contract and reports to the Facility Manager.
3. Responsible for the co-ordination / interfacing as well as the planning of the Works and Services under Civil and Structural scope in close liaison with the Facility Manager.
4. Shall be able to demonstrate ability and experiences in prioritizing work load and oversee the works carried out by the team of technicians, maintenance supervisors, etc. for the smooth operation and maintenance of the Facilities under the contract.
