Job Description:

• HND Or Degree Holder
• Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
• Proven track record
• Verifiable references
• Ability to set and achieve monthly and yearly forecasts

Job Responsibilities:

• Hire, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase market share, achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins.
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations, analyzing and extensively using CRM and performance data.
• Maximizing usage of technology in the sales process.
• Working directly with the General Manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range staffing needs and compensation plans.
• Partnering with management in Marketing Department and BDC.
• Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance.
• Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
• Anticipate sales and expenses goals monthly and annually and prepare departmental operating budget.

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: Given overall sales commission TAP / SCP Annual Leave
