Position: AUTOMOTIVE SUPERVISOR

Job Role

• Reporting to the Workshop Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day business of the workshop.
• You are expected to be experienced as a hands-on leader which entails planning, delegating and scheduling work, coaching and supervising mechanics.
• Must have understanding of Workplace Health & Safety.

Requirements

• Preferably, minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Automotive Repair and Overhaul
• To ensure customer satisfaction
• Should be good at negotiation and organizing skills
• Must handle team with strong 'people management' skills
• High motivation to succeed, and a genuine interest to further develop a career in this industry

Education Required: Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
