Job Description:

• Memotong daging-daging yang telah disembelih untuk di jual di kedai dan wholesale

Butcher skills:

• able to handle a bone saw, mincer machine and other processing machinery
• able to read, write and communicate in English and Malay language (follow SOA specifications and note down information);
• able to do mathematics
• able to dissect a whole cow or lamb from carcass to main parts
• able to fillet, debone and process a whole salmon within 5 minutes
• A team player working with other butchers
• Clean and smart looking
• Minimum Height is 5'5''
• Willing to unload containers after office hours


Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 20 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 450 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
