Responsibilities:
• Developing the big idea - whether campaign or individual elements - into multiple cha
els.
• Mentoring other members within the Creative Team.
• Ability to deliver against high standards, ensuring only the best work is presented to the senior Team.
• Producing strong commercial designs throughout desktop, mobile, digital marketing and social cha
els.
• Creating exciting digital content with direction and support from the Content and Social Teams.
• Generating ideas and sell them into the Senior Management.
• Encouraging others to share and explore their ideas.
• Pla
ing creative projects as required.
• Giving and receiving feedback in a calm and professional ma
er.
• Producing and adapting digital media for a wide range of digital assets.
• Taking and challenging briefs with an awareness of how to develop a concept through to relevant cha
els.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years experience within a creative role.
• Competent in Adobe CC related products.
• Experience in digital, social, email & online advertising, design and print.
• Experience in illustration, motion graphics and/or animation, video editing, film production, and videography.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have digital design capabilities.
• Confident enough to delegate tasks and give feedback.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Self motivated.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without losing quality
• Familiarity and interest in emerging design trends
• A flexible attitude and a good team player
