Description

- Have good interpersonal skills with customer.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience answering high volume telephone lines.
- Previous work or volunteer experience interacting with the public in a
customer service capacity.
- Able to complete KPI set by the Head of Department.
- Can speak in Malay and English (Mandarin will be an added advantage.
