Position: Draughtsman (Senior M & E)
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Description:

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years with min 7 years working experience in Engineering
• Consulting Firms and handling Autocad draughting and design works for engineering services or surveying works for domestic, commercial, industrial and government premises
• 5 years (min) in site supervision for surveyor or engineering works
• Evidence of having undertaken major Building Services or Surveying projects in Brunei Darussalam
• Must be competent in Autocad operation (min 10 years experience)

Skills:

• Posses own transportation and a valid driving license
• In depth knowledge of the Building Standards and Regulations of Brunei Darussalam
• Excellent in DES’ “Electrical Installation Requirements” and IEE Regulations
• Good in operating MS Office and doing presentation to Client
• Able to work independent with minimum supervision
• Leading a design team Prepare to work overtime
• Fluent in both Malay and English languages
• Able to communicate in Chinese language is an added advantage

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 35 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 300 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
