I´m renting out half of my ground floor area, which consists of

- 2 bedroom (each include with split air-conditioner) & only 1 room furnished with wardrobe and single bed.

- MINI pantry (furnished with gas stove & tong gas)

- MINI living room (there´s a 2-door medium size fridge, chairs and small table) and ceiling fan.

- Bathroom / Toilet.

- Separate entrance

Monthly payment is - $300 PAY and rent. No extra deposit is needed.

If you want to negotiate the price, it can go lower as $200, but deposit is needed $300 and minimum contract of 1 year is a must.
