This position is for an Events & Administrative Assistant who can perform the tasks and responsibilities in managing events and associated e-paper trails which comes with planning successful events.

We want to see an enthusiastic candidate with fresh ideas and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

Creating events
Act as a liaison for event needs with vendors
Design posters for each event
Marketing of events and activities through various channels
Assist in the billing and collections process
Act as onsite events assistant during event days
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Some knowledge of marketing techniques for event management
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office and poster design
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A knack for problem-solving
A team player
