*Qualifications*
Minimum Diploma/HND qualification/A Levels
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members both verbally and in writing
Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records management
Fluency in written and spoken English and Malay
Self-directed and highly motivated
Possess a driving licence and access to own car
Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei(no exceptions)
*Nice to have*
Bachelor´s degree in Business, Accountancy, Digital Media, Software Engineering or a related field
Fluency in Mandarin or other Asian languages
Prior experience in education or training of adults
Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, or related fields preferred
