Position: Foreman

Job Description:

• Successful applicants shall be responsible for day to day construction activities on site and supervise general construction workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of construction activities in accordance with project schedule.
• Successful applicants shall coordinate and liaise with company engineers to ensure all construction activities are carried out in full compliance with approved construction drawings.
• Successful applicants will also be responsible for determining quantities of certain raw materials necessary to carry out works (such as timber for formwork etc).
• Successful applicants will report directly to the project manager and be responsible for keeping the project manager informed if there are any issues that affect on site construction progress.
• Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry in a similar position and should possess good form working, masonry and barbending skills.


Age: 30 - 55 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
