2. Bruneian or PR, Foreigners can also apply
3. Must be physically fit
4. Ability to perform minor repairs on building and furniture.
5. Possess skill to maintain minor electrical wiring, fittings and equipment.
6. Maintain cleanliness of room, facilities and compound.
7. Able to communicate well and execute routine work schedule.
8. Understand safety practices and behaviour.
