Job Description:

• The Head of Business Development is responsible for the development and implementation of organisational sales policy and strategy and the establishment of other strategic frameworks within the organisation.

• It also involves taking responsibility of the consultancy practice, managing senior stakeholder relationships, overseeing the organisation’s sales activities and managing the Business Development Team and the Technology Practice Group.

• The incumbent will assume the role of Assistant Head of Business Development upon joining and will only be confirmed as Head of Business Development after completing performance appraisal and assessment and passing probation period of 6 months.


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 4, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
