Position: Housekeeping Room Attendant
Total Vacancy: 4 Male/Female

Job Description:

1) Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
2) Makes Bed, dust the room and furniture.
3) Replenish guestrooms and bath supplies.
4) Cleans the bathroom and closet.
5) Vacuums and racks the carpet
6) Checks and secures the rooms
7) Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
8) Delivery and retrieve on loan to guests’ e. g. iron and ironing boards.
9) Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
10) Performs rotation cleaning duties as required.
11) Attends to guest calls, guest requests/ guest complaints in the area assigned.
12) Responsible for the cleanliness and maintained of his/her work area.
13) Responsible for the hotel property in the work area.
14) Authorize to enter in guest rooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement.
15) Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
16) Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.


Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 14 / Day
Employment Type: Full Time
