Job Requirements:

- University degree preferable in Occupational Health and Safety Degree
- At least 10 years experience in the industrial projects such as power, fertilizer, refinery plants with the same position
- Experiences in safety and enviroment activities of Oil, Gas, Power, refinery, fertilizer plant.
- Ability to organize a communication and meeting with the Contractor.
- Have good interpersonal skills; Integrity and Honesty
- Ability to prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
- Fluently English skills
- Completecy in Microsoft application.
- The skill in scaffolding is advantages
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
- Strategic management skills.

Job Description:

- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to contract requirement
- Advises Project Director on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions.
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Assist, set up and conducts training, ensure the safety, training and development of all staff and subcontractors to understand identify and reduce risks in a fast paced construction environment from pre-construction through close-out
- Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
- Conducts post accident investigation and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company perso
el and senior management.
- Assists in the development, evaluation and upgrading of safety programs.
- Raise awareness of potential hazards that exist on a jobsite by reviewing what can be done to minimize risk
- Communicate directly with subcontractors to discuss concerns and project expectations
- Identify poor safety performing acts by reviewing past performance and work with site manager and project director to establish a plan to improve
- Raise awareness of potential hazards that exist in the new project what can be done to minimize/prevent them
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics

Education Required: Master''s Degree (Master''s) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
