Position: Insurance Underwriting Clerk (Frontline)
Total Vacancy: 1 Female
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues/wants/needs
• Gather customer information & issue insurance covernote to customers
• Perform administrative responsibilities include managing own department files
• Prepare documents for report submission
• Keeping customer information confidential
• Quotation, Issue covernote, submit reports, follow up with the client, answer calls

Requirements:
• Fluent in speaking Malay and English. (+Mandarin is an advantage)
• Solid verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to work Independent/under minimum supervision & with team
• Have own transportation
• Ability to multi-task
• Have working experience in the related field is preferable
