Position: Kitchen helper
Total Vacancy: 8 Male/Female

Job Description:

1. Prepares food products according to approved KFC Operating Standard Procedure
2. Adheres to approved KFC Holding times and temperatures
3. Uses and maintains chicken projection chart and cook chart properly
4. Uses equipment according to approved Operating Standard procedure, including set points, start-up, filtering, daily cleaning, weekly cleaning and shortening management
5. Monitors proper equipment functioning
6. Performs others duties as required by restaurant management team
7. Committed and dedicated to work

Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 18 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 420 / Month
