Job description:
1. Keep track and process of all immigration works e. g. passport, and labor quota expiry.
2. Translate meeting minutes, documents, and related work
3. General office paper works and clerical support including mailing, scanning, posting, and copying.
4. Familiar with Labor, immigration, and job center portal.
Requirements:-
1. Punctual on working hours
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience
3. Experience in processing workers' documents for immigration, Job Centre, and labor department.
4. Must possess valid driving license class 3.
5. Preferably Chinese.
6. Minimum Qualification: Diploma
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Excel
8. Language: Malay, English, and Chinese
