Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for pro-actively facilitating and supervising all daily operations at store and will be the focal point between all company stakeholders not excluding employees, customers, vendors and B2B clients with the aim of ensuring maximum sales. You will ensure that employees work together effectively to fulfill business operating hours/shifts and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate all employees to deliver excellent cashier, sales, customer service, store upkeep, etc and ensure that complaints are resolved as well as meeting customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, shelf refill, restock reports and maintain contact with vendors to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Develop and maintain daily marketing campaigns as a team to promote business products and services across multiple channels including digital, print and social media
• Generate new leads and maintain good working relationship with B2B clients (government departments, institutions, libraries, etc) to secure and maximize tenders and quotations in high turnover.
• Plan & coordinate events or external sales channels to ensure events or activities are managed effectively to customers’ satisfaction.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable in arrangement at all times.
