Marketing and HR Executive

Responsibilities
- Responsible to Human Resource Manager
- Planning, managing & implementing a range of events including exhibitions, seminars, CSR events, talks sponsorship, annual dinner, public training events & etc
- Manage marketing material including update of company profile, writing of newsletters and press release, photo shooting, designing of magazine artworks, marketing collaterals and social media content
- Arrangement of effective and appropriate channels of marketing distribution
- Maintain company’s reputation and image
- Increase brand awareness in the market
- Develop & implement annual marketing plans to generate product awareness
- Participate and deliver presentation in Trimester Management Review Team Meeting
- Manage departmental budget to ensure financial sustainability
- Ensure that department KPIs are met according to the plans presented in Trimester Management Review Team Meeting
- Work with department managers on suitable marketing materials
- HR ad hoc such as posting job vacancy in suitable channels, screening of suitable candidates and managing employees’ welfare
- Translation work from English to Mandarin and vice versa
- Drafting of proposals, reports, and correspondence letters
- Acts as internal auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time from management

Minimum Requirements
- Degree holder in Mass Communications, Marketing or Business
- Good writing and communication skill in English and Mandarin
- Familiarity with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Powerpoint
- At least two years of working experience in similar field
