Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.

Additional certification or coursework in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting/design software.

Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.

Ability to create visually appealing design presentations and 3D renderings.

Marketing Skills:

Experience in marketing construction, architectural, or real estate services/products.

Proficient in digital marketing tools (e. g. , social media, SEO, email campaigns).

Ability to create marketing content that communicates technical details to non-technical audiences.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a draughtsman role with additional exposure to marketing responsibilities.

Experience in coordinating with sales and project teams to develop proposals, presentations, and promotional material.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
