Position: Material Specialist
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Fully responsible for accounting for customer and company inventory
• Navigates multiple manual and electronic data systems required for quality inventory management
• Ensures all shipped and received equipment is logged into company data system in compliance with documentation requirements along with ensuring traceability customer traceability through their tracking systems
• Creates and submits investigative and corrective action reports (FPRs) as required
• Compiles reports and analyses inventory for company and customer in terms of minimum and maximum levels of stock
• Maintain all files/records relating to customer owned goods, tracing movement of materials forming an audit trail of all material movements
• Ensure that Warehouse and Workshop perso
el are adhering to the quality management process that ensures all equipment is being maintained and stored properly
• Ensures management of inventory complies to ISO-9001 and API-Q2 standards
• Maintains records for certified new equipment, consumables, and spares


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 60 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
