Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum Five (5) years relevant experience in Building Services

Responsibilities :

Monitoring of Site Work Progress
Responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects
Lead Site Project Team and Key client contact for assigned projects
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong Technical Knowledge in the ACMV field
Possess good analytical skills, detail oriented and able to multi task
Familiar with MS Office application and Project Management software
Supervision of Sub-Contractors and resolving Site Technical Issues
Proficient in Auto CAD
