BACKGROUND

The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for all construction activities that take place at bith shop floor and site construction related to piping, structural and DNV related products.
COMPETENCY PROFILE

• Trouble shooting skills in all construction related activities
• Good technical knowledge of Maintenance, Maintenance system auditing compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality.
• Knowledge in structural and equipment fabrication, erection etc.
• Must be able to work efficiently with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance Support, Materials Management, contractors, Environmental, Safety and other groups within the organization
• Knowledge of HSE procedures & practices.

ing and Organizing Scheduling and Co-coordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work closely with pla
ing and scheduling to ensure all needed resources are available for jobs execution and schedule expectation are met to complete the job safety & in time.
• Detailed scheduling, execution and supervision of piping / structural and DNV products according to plan, workload, resources availability and priorities to ensure reliability and availability.
• Inspects task progress and final completion to ensure timely and quality job execution.
• Ensure all needed tools, equipment, and parts are readily available for scheduled jobs to achieve smooth and productive tool time.
• Meets with maintenance technicians on a regularly scheduled basis to review assignments, perform toolbox talks, provide guidance and provide pro-active resolutions.
• Supervise Preventive/Predictive
• Maintenance (PM/PDM) mechanics, performing maintenance/ troubleshooting activities to keep rotating and static equipment with high reliability & availability.

Education Required: Master''s Degree (Master''s) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
