Duties and Responsibilities :
To monitor and assist outlets to achieve overall sales targets.
Motivate leads and direct all staff to meet set objectives for all outlets and further optimize performance.
Maintains high standard of health, safety and security measures for all outlets.
To work closely with Sales Manager to plan and execute all marketing support activities.
Accountable for the retail store as a whole and manager the entire operation which includes profitability and sales turnover in relation to the assigned budget.
Check & consolidate outlets sales figure by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually submit to Sales Manager.
To consolidate outlets’ sales forecast received from store manager and submit to Sales Manager.
Ensure financial, operational, inventory and service, admin, manpower checklist to be fulfilled prior to opening of new outlets, road show and exhibition.
To resolve and report to Sales Manager issues arising from showroom and to follow up on the unresolved issues.
To take over the duties of Retail Sales Manager during his absence.
Requirement :
Diploma / Degree or equivalent in relevant courses.
At least 3 years experience in the Electrical Home appliances business.
Knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
Salary commensurate with experiences and qualification
Well organized, planning, flexible timing and self-motivated individual
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to lead a sales team
Execllent communication and interpersonal.
Salary Range :
From BND$1, 000 to BND$1, 500
Allowance – upon confirmation
TAP & SCP – for locals
Medical Reimbursement
Working Hours:
Mon - Thurs, Sat (9 am to 6 pm) – on certain occasion like roadshow, exhibition and sales promotion required to work long hours.
