Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment vouchers/bank reconciliations/sales reconciliations/update invoice etc
• Checking petty cash claims and staff incentive claims
• Responsible for accurate accounting data entries including bank can cash book, journals etc.
• Monitoring proper records keeping and filing system
• Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignment as an when required

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to use UBS accounting software
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines
• Good discipline & matured with good analytical skills and detail oriented

Age: 25 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 300 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
