Job Details:

Position: Accountant
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
• Key data into company accounting system
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Monitor accounts Payable, following up on outstanding balances when required
• Liaison with vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Interact with customers on tracking payments
• Maintain control over operations with regards to invoicing, receipts, payments and credit-related activities
• Prepares monthly financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in finance and/or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical and problems solving skill
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Possess good writing and communication skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 23 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
